Much as I'd like to push myself to achieve goals, and prove to myself that I can accomplish wanted goals or skills, one must balance the pleasure and serenity of life versus the stress that accompanies what may prove to be trivial accomplishments in the long run.

Translation: if it comes down to getting my hair cut and getting sleep this week, versus assembling a costume--frankly deely boppers and other decorations will be just spiffy.

The witchy outfit can wait for another PEERS Ball, another year.

I see the getting sleep part. Much more important than assembling a costume. I'm not sure how getting one's hair cut qualifies as pleasure, but if it does for you, enjoy. No costume needed if it doesn't work out. I'm thinking I'm not going to wear mine over at Pryankster Place (I think for the party I'll just go pick up a domino mask or a pair of groucho glasses), so if you'd like to borrow it you're welcome to.

Granted, it's NOT a witch...

Given that the next Peers ball is the Vampire one, you can settle for a pair of those fake vampire fangs - if they still make them.

Or just a couple of spots on the neck, and you can be a victim.

Amen to that.

Also, depending on costume wants, I have some makeup that I mainly picked up for the purple lipstick and cute eyelashes in the kit. The glitter and frosty eyeshadow are up for grabs. No witch hat though. There's a few masks available for loan as well.
