Do any of you use an abc notation / playing software for PC's?

Uh, let's start from the beginning:

The only abc software I use is in my head, not my Mac. I've got a great bit of sound output hardware, too; fully abc compatible and plugs right into my mouth!

Mmm, no, I prefer staff notation. I can't read ABC notation fast enough for it to be useful.

Good luck, though.

As a general note, the folks at the mudcat cafe (can't remember the url offhand; probably something logical) may be able to help. One of my favorite sites for folksong research.

Yes, to both, though I don't do much with abc notation anymore.

I can find abc->midi and abc->notation converters if you're interested.
