SORRY!! We had storms and then email when down. I think what we mainly do is English Country. I am actually a highly dorky dancer. =D I just learn when ever they teack a class and show up every time there is a Ball at a local SCA event. My 2 funnest dancing memories were 1. flipping out the "royal court" dancers at the KCRF one year (one of my close friends is one of their dancers and they do the courtly flirty type dances) I was dressed in mundane clothes and durring 'hole in the wall' he pulled me into the dance and I finished it with him without missing a beat! =) 2. Several of my friends are in the SCA and we all dance, well at one of their weddings (where we were all bridemaids and groomsmen) we danced the (I know I'm spelling this wrong) 'karabushka' a russian folk dance that is all stompy and spinny and turny and looked really cool! Well 2 years later we were at kittykat's wedding, and most of us were in her wedding party (again) and she wanted to dance the karabushka so we had the DJ play "my chrona"; you can dance the dance to it but you DIE at the end because it is so FAST! Well we all danced and when we finished there was much gasping for breath and loud clapping by the audience. Before the night was over the DJ DEMANDED we do "that dance" again cause he had "never seen anything look that cool!" before. =D good times good times
