I know what you mean. I'm still remember the days of LJ where it was wide open to talk about whatever you wanted and even have single threads to people without having to deal with messaging. It was fun to come home and talk to someone in long form instead of a small chat window.
I 'm struggling to keep up with this journal. Sometimes I just want to sit down and write in it, most other times I'm just to tired to look at another screen. I know as this year progresses I will need it more and more, so I haven't completely checked out of it.
Plus at this point in time FB is really only good for me to check up on videos and games that I really shouldn't be spending time on lol.
