** not to be confused with smartvoterS.COM -- I'm trying to find research on this group. They advertise they are "entering their 16th year! Millions of Hits" -- but NO information about their organization.
....aannd their site seems to have developed burps anyway. One page, still no information, and no active links to candidates.
