Gobsmacked, dammit.

I've got to kill, or at least bitch slap some stupid ass until their ears bleed.
And all for good, should-be-pleasurable reasons. It really is---should be--a wonderful joy. If we didn't live in a world where you can't assume good fortune.
For someone who is as miserly a bitch as I am, finally finding discretionary income in my bank account should be good. Especially this much. This fucking much. There's the problem. Not only do I have doubts I could ever save money--this much money is beyond reason. Especially when it is many times more than I started out with.
Chancellor Vanderhoef would spit-take if he got this much on his pay slip.
Someone has fucked up. It has to be the Credit Union, or UCD payroll. Somebody has put an egregious amount of money into my account. And damn it all to crap, now I have to contact the credit union and HR, to reverse this amount---and pray the c.u. doesn't screw up and take it *all* out.
*Sigh* I am not going to bother Mr. Snuffy about this just yet. He's dealing with enough on his day off: the water heater is finally being replaced, by those miracle workers at William Ford plumbing. But, while he's dealing with them, he can't pay attention to the cat---who may need a visit to the vet.
Mi gato, little blue Peanut, has an eye problem. Normally, his sister Kiwi gets what we call a Winky eye--small periodic irritations that make her squink like Popeye.

mrsgiggle's old cat statue---and watches me. Looonngg staring sessions. His Adorable Stat is starting to lose points with me.
Surely even cats must get dry eyes eventually. Visine?
