I think you mean to have your post readable, but comments are screened (not viewable by the general readership, but only between you and the commenter, who is not "anonymous" but known to you).
Case in point: Post - "Hey, Everybody! Tell me your phone number and address." You wouldn't necessarily want the general public to be able to read the comments as they came in.
If I have your general take on the situation, then there is a Comment Screening drop-down menu at the bottom of where you draft your posts. It's near the bottom on the right-hand side, in the general area where the Preview, Tags, Location, and so on are located.
